This appeal is from a judgment of the seventeenth judicial district court of Tarrant county, denying the petition of Fannie R. Wedgeworth, joined pro forma by her husband, V. K. Wedgeworth, to set aside a judgment theretofore rendered in this cause, reviving the former judgment rendered in this cause against Mrs. Wedgeworth.
