McCarron v. Andrews (In Re Andrews)
United States Bankruptcy Court, D. Connecticut
1Opinion of the Court
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION AND DEFENDANTS’ CROSS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT 1
ALAN H.W. SHIFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
The cross motion for summary judgment in these nondischargeability adversary proceedings is the latest battle in a nineteen year war of attrition which has been waged by the defendants in this court, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The denial of a petition for certiorari filed by the defendants put a fire wall between them and the United States Supreme Court.
