This appeal tests the basic morality and integrity of the criminal trial process within Wyoming’s judicial system. By this decision, I perceive Wyoming’s courts to come up wanting. This case portrays hardball lawyering in a most virulent and divisive fashion.1 As a morality case, this ap*919peal transcends the litigants and, for that matter, their counsel as we examine standards for Wyoming’s practice of law.
