The relator asks a mandamus to compel the respondent to vacate an order reinstating an appeal from the probate court. On the 20th day of June, 1914, the probate court for the county of Washtenaw made an order allowing the final account of relator as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Charles K. Perrine, deceased.
