This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Rosebud County granting defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction over the person and subject matter of plaintiff’s divorce action.
Plaintiff is an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne Indian Tribe and resides at Lame Deer, Montana, located within the exterior boundaries of the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation. Defendant is an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Port Berthold Reservation in North Dakota.
