Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of General Sessions convicting him of robbery in the second degree on Ms plea of guilty, and sentencing Mm to the term of not less than three years and six months, and not more than ten years in State prison, with additional imprisonment of not less than five years nor more than ten years because appellant was armed with a pistol at the time of the commission of the crime.
