This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the defendant-appellee in the Court of Common Pleas after review of the errors alleged in an appeal to that court from a final order of the City of Brooklyn Board of Zoning Appeals. The order appealed from denied the appellant’s application seeking building permits to remodel a storeroom to be opened as a tavern and a certificate of occupancy as required by the ordinances of the city.
