BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

The appeal is from a fine of $100.00 assessed by the County Court of Erath County on complaint charging Johnie Reed with unlawfully transporting ten pints of intoxicating liquor.

The appeal is predicated principally on the insufficiency of *244the evidence. Ira Tackett, a deputy sheriff, together with Ross Wright, Jesse Brooks and Mr. Wilder, were together and saw Johnie Reed in a 1937 model V-8 tan colored car running very fast, going west.
