WIGGINS, Justice.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board brought a complaint against the respondent, Brian L. Stowe, alleging violations of the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct and Iowa Court Rules. A division of the Grievance Com mission of the Supreme Court of Iowa found Stowe’s conduct violated numerous provisions of the rules and recommended we revoke his license to practice law. We are required to review the commission’s report. See Iowa Ct. R. 35.11. On our de novo review, we find the Board established by a convincing preponderance of the evidence that Stowe committed…
