*1089Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Frances A. Affronti, J.), rendered March 15, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the first degree (two counts) and assault in the second degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
