This appeal arises from a property tax dispute between the plaintiff property owners, Cordillera Ranch, Ltd. and individual property owners within the Cordillera Ranch subdivision (collectively referred to as “Cordillera”), and the defendant, Kendall County Appraisal District (“Appraisal District”).
