In September12015, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) commenced this action against AZ Metro Distributors, LLC (“AZ Metro”), alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) Stemming from AZ Metro’s termination of . two employees: Archibald Roberts and Cesar Fernandez.- (Compl,, ECF No.l).
