In an insurance contract dispute, plaintiff-appellant Grisell Hunt (Hunt) appeals from the Third Circuit Court’s (1) August IB, 1992 Order Granting Partial Summary Judgment; (2) September 16, 1992 Order Denying Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration and Granting Plaintiffs Request for Rule 54(b) Certification of the Order Granting Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed herein on August 13, 1992; and (3) September 24, 1992 Final Judgment Upon Less Than All of the Claims.
