Certiorari to Court of»Appeals. Suit between the First National Bank of Alexander City and Harden & Thompson. There was an adverse judgment as to the bank on appeal to the Court of Appeals (82 South. 655), and the bank petitions for certiorari.

The opinion of the Court of Appeals in the case of First National Bank of Alexander City v. Hardin & Thompson, 82 South. 655, being sound on both the propositions therein stated, the petition for the writ of certiorari is therefore denied.
