Liddor, J.:

The appellee recovered a'judgment in the Circuit Court against the appellant. The record is so unskill - fully prepared that it is exceedingly difficult to ascertain the merits of the case. The assignments of error allege as erroneous many rulings of the court below, while the record does not show that any such rulings were made in the case. The brief of appellant discusses many matters which are not mentioned in either the assignment of errors or the transcript of the record.
