*756Barry Randall Revels ("Defendant") appeals from the trial court's order finding him in criminal contempt of court. On appeal, Defendant contends that the trial court erred by (1) finding him in both civil and criminal contempt based on the same conduct; (2) finding him in criminal contempt of court; (3) relying upon a fatally defective show cause order thereby depriving it of jurisdiction; and (4) failing to enter a finding of guilty with regard to its determination that Defendant was in criminal contempt of court.
