| jThis case raises the issue of whether the judgment issued by the trial court was an absolute nullity in that it was a judgment against a deceased person. For the following reasons, we find the judgment to be absolutely null and remand the matter to the trial court.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
