Rotondo v. Rotondo

This is a petition for divorce from bed and board on the grounds of extreme cruelty and neglect to provide. In the superior court the trial justice denied and dismissed the petition but ordered the respondent to pay the petitioner support pending the determination of the action. The case is before this court on certain exceptions to the decision prosecuted respectively by the petitioner and the respondent.
