This matter is before the court on Defendant’s request for dismissal because Plaintiff did not first appeal to the county board of property tax appeals. The motion was heard by the court during the April 14, 2003, case management conference. L. F. McDonald, Attorney, Ball Janik LLP, represented Plaintiff.
