MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

COBB, District Judge.

Before this court is Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction [Dkt. # 8] and the court having reviewed the motion and responses on file is of the opinion that the motion should be DENIED.

The Texas Workforce Commission (“TWC”) is operated by the State of Texas. Its basic purpose is to inform the public as to opportunities for employment and other information relevant to employment. Employers are allowed to give out information on employment opportunities. Plaintiff filed this pro se complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.…
