Plaintiff Carol Bennett, in her capacity as personal representative for the estate of her father, Louis Dalenko (“Dalenko”), appeals the dismissal of her amended complaint for its failure to state a claim for relief against Wake County Department of Human Services (“DHS”), Susan Harmon (“Harmon”) in her official and individual capacities, and Lou Newman (“Newman”) as Dalenko’s court-appointed guardian ad litem.
