On July 10, 2008, this Court filed an opinion, order, and judgment in this case declaring that the United States Forest Service and the United States Bureau of Land Management did not comply with the National Environmental Policy Act when they found that a proposal that allowed Savoy Energy, L.P. to drill for oil and gas in an environmentally sensitive area of the Huron-Manistee National Forest would have no significant environmental impact.
