Plaintiff seeks remand to the Circuit Court of Baltimore City of this suit in equity for an injunction which defendant removed therefrom.
The bill of complaint filed in the State Court on June 22, 1964, alleges that plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, is engaged in the retail sale of food and groceries in many locations in Baltimore City and elsewhere in the State of Maryland ; that in April 1964, in support of an economic strike, defendant 1 began to picket plaintiff’s stores, which were thereupon closed; that on June 17 plaintiff decided to reopen its stores and on June…
