COLLINGS, Justice.

Julius Ray brought suit against Jerrell Royce Holt seeking to recover damages sustained to his automobile in a collision involving vehicles belonging to plaintiff, defendant and a third individual who is not a party to this suit. There were two separate impacts, one between plaintiff’s and defendant’s vehicles and the second following in close sequence between the automobiles of plaintiff and the third party.
