Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Castellino, J.), entered May 10, 1999 in Chemung County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Department of Correctional Services denying petitioner’s request for recomputation of his sentence, and (2) from an order of said court, entered May 10, 1999 in Chemung County, which denied petitioner’s motion for reconsideration of the denial of his application for a writ of habeas corpus.
