INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Donald Gorsuch (“Gorsuch”), brought this complaint against defendant, The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (“Paul Revere”) alleging breach of contract and violations of G.L.c. 93A. Specifically, Gorsuch asserts that he is entitled to total disability payments under the insurance policy (“the Policy”) he had with Paul Revere and that its payments of residual disability only constituted a breach of contract.
