At the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence, the court heard defendants’ evidence, the jury having retired, in order to determine its admissibility, and after the defendants had tendered all their evidence, which was preserved by the stenographer, the court struck it out, on motion of plaintiff, the jury returned to the court room and was instructed to return a verdict for the full amount of plaintiff’s claim, which was accordingly done and a joint judgment was entered against all of tbe defendants who bad been served witb process.
