On March 30, 2012, Nurettin Ozaltin (“Petitioner”) filed this Petition pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (the “Hague Convention”) and the International Child Abduction Remedies Act (“ICARA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 11601 et seq. Petitioner seeks the return of his two minor children, S.E.O. and Y.O., to Turkey, and the enforcement of court-ordered visitation so long as the children remain in the United States.
