— Claim by appellee against the estate of her deceased grandmother, Lucy Surface, for compensation for services allegedly rendered by appellee to the deceased during her lifetime. In addition to a denial of appellee’s claim, appellants filed a special answer alleging that the value of the board, room and clothing furnished by deceased to appellee exceeded the value of any services rendered, and praying that the value thereof be set-off against the value of such services.
