Before the Court is a motion (the “Motion”) by Rockstone Capital LLC (“Rock-stone”) seeking to disallow claim # 1 (the “Claim”) filed by Alisa Metal (“Alisa”), the ex-wife of Keith Bub (the “Debtor”), as a priority claim for a domestic support obligation (“DSO”). The Motion has been joined in part by the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), who seeks to have the Claim reclassified from a priority claim to an unsecured claim, and to have the Claim reduced.
