*201In this proceeding, the respondent is charged with three allegations of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained only Charge One. The Grievance Committee moves to confirm the report of the Special Referee insofar as it sustained Charge One and to revoke the respondent’s admission pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (2), or to impose such discipline as the Court deems appropriate.
