In this proceeding C. C. Ross, hereafter referred to as petitioner, and his insurance carrier seek a review of an award made by the State. Industrial Commission in favor of Buell Lewis Ross, hereafter referred to as respondent.
The record in this cause shows substantially the following state of facts: Respondent was a brother of the petitioner and ■had been in his employ as a metal worker and upholsterer for approximately two years prior to October 9, 1937.
