Bill by Solomon Hirsch and others, doing business under the firm name of Fleischner, Mayer & Company, and the Kuh, Nathan & Fisher Company (Sweet, Orr & Company, interveners), against the First National Bank of Mc-Minnville and others to set aside, as fraudulent and void, four chattel mortgages given by the defendant F. W. Redmond to his co-defendants, and a deed of assignment from him to defendant Jacob Wortman, on the ground that they were made for the purpose of hindering, delaying, and defrauding creditors, and especially the plaintiffs.…
