The relator, The. Brooklyn Union Gas Company, appeals from an order dismissing a writ of certiorari to review an assessment 'and *369valuation of its property made in 1900. It is alleged in the petition that between January and May* 1900, the. assessors completed their valuations of taxable property in the borough of Brooklyn.
