Appellant Frederick Douglas appeals his conviction following a jury verdict finding him guilty of being a felon in possession of a weapon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), for which he was sentenced to 120 months imprisonment. On appeal, appellant contends that the district court 1 erred in failing to suppress evidence of the weapon, which he claims was obtained as a result of an unconstitutional search and seizure.
