A petition for a rehearing has been filed herein. The petitioner complains because we stated in the opinion that be was claiming a personal judgment against tbe defendants. Such personal judgment was claimed in tbe sixth cause of action contained in tbe second amended petition, relating, so far as tbe amount is concerned, to the sum expended for improvements and ditch assessments, but incorporating therein all of tbe allegations contained in tbe other causes of action, and these causes related to tbe taxes paid.
