This is an appeal by the appellant, George Meeks, from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The appellant was indicted by the 1973 term of the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Grand Jury on two counts of armed robbery and one count of assault with intent to rob in violation of former Sections 2901.13 and 2901.24, respectively, of Ohio Revised Code.
