Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 21, 1977, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. On December 2, 1976 defendant entered a plea of guilty to certain Federal crimes in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and was remanded to the Metropolitan Federal Correction Center pending sentence.
