Brenda Faye Wheeler (Crabtree) brought this suit in an effort to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when the automobile driven by the defendant, Edward R. Harvey, and in which the plaintiff was riding as a guest-passenger, skidded-off the highway and turned over..
