DONIELSON, Presiding Judge.

The plaintiff, which sells feed and other agricultural products, sued the owners and operators of a farm for the balance due on an open account. After the operators of the farm took bankruptcy, the plaintiff pursued this action against the landowners. The plaintiff contended the landowners were liable along with the operators because they were partners in the farming operation rather than mere landlords; in the alternative, the plaintiff contended the landowners were involved in a joint venture with the farm operators, or that the landowners and the farm operators…
