DECISION

This case involves the consolidation of twenty separate actions brought against twenty different lending institutions for their apparent failure to record timely satisfaction of mortgages pursuant to R.C. 5301.26. The trial court certified a class as to twelve of those institutions. Those twelve institutions then independently filed twelve notices of appeal with this court. The appeals have been consolidated.
