MATHEW'S, Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment of guilty and a sentence based upon a plea of guilty for a fifteen-year old boy, after a revocation of probation which will 'be later discussed.
On the 16th day of March, 1950, information was filed against the appellant and others charging that on March 12, 1950, they broke into a store with intent to steal money and cigarettes. On April 25, 1950, appellant appeared in person and plead not guilty. The trial was set for May 8, 1950.
