I. INTRODUCTION

Jamil Roman ("Defendant") filed a motion to suppress the fruits of separate searches of his person, business, and residence. Following a Franks hearing, this court granted Defendant's motion as to the search of his business due to material misrepresentations and omissions in the affidavit supporting the warrant (which affidavit also supported the warrant to search Defendant's residence, among others).
