OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a suit arising out of a home improvement transaction in which the plain tiffs, Francisco and Consuelo Longoria, alleged violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, the Texas Retail Installment Sales Act, and the Federal Truth-In-Lending Act against defendants Atlantic Gulf Enterprises, Inc., three of Atlantic Gulf’s officers and directors, Franklin T. Graham, Jr., Jack C. Frost, and Joseph Howard Graham and Brownsville Savings and Loan Association. After a jury verdict, the trial court awarded the Longorias statutory damages…
