This case is an attempted appeal from a criminal contempt sentence imposed by the Tax Court on a witness, appellant Dahlst-rom, not a party to the Tax Court proceedings in connection with which the contempt arose. Appellate venue lies in the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia under the second sentence of 26, U.S.C. § 7482(b)(1), since none of subparagraphs (A) through (E) of the first sentence of section 7482(b)(1) is applicable and the government has not given written consent to venue in this Court under section 7482(b)(2).
