I dissent. The convictions should be reversed. There was no evidence that the act of sexual intercourse was by force or against the complainant’s wall, nor was there any evidence that the complainant resisted. Instead, the evidence established that the act of sexual intercourse was not by force and was not against the complainant’s will and that the complainant did not resist.
