This is an appeal from a judgment for taxes for the year 1904, entered by the county court of Vermilion county against the property of the Cairo, Vincennes and Chicago ' Railway Company and the Peoria and Eastern Railway Company, which railroads are the property of appellant under arrangements which make appellant liable for the taxes thereon.
