Plaintiff, the owner of 3,004.52 acres of land in the parish of Livingston, alleges that her property has been erroneously assessed together with that of others, aggregating 4,325 acres. She also alleges that the budget of the police jury of the parish of Livingston for the year 1908 is illegal, and that the parish tax claimed on her land is null and void, and cannot be collected.
