This is an appeal from a judgment on the pleadings of no cause of action on the .complaint of appellant, and a summary judgment in favor of appellee.
On December 3, 1937, Associates Investment Company, by virtue of claimed rights under chattel mortgages, repossessed automobiles and other personal property from Jack Mann Chevrolet Company.
