CHESNUT, District Judge.
The present case presents the question whether the order of the referee confirming an “arrangement” under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq., should be affirmed. The order of the referee affirmatively found that the debtor proposing the arrangement had met the statutory requirements for confirmation prescribed in section 366 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 766.
